Revisions are only allowed during the sketch stage; no changes after approval.DEADLINES AND DELIVERY
Estimated completion time is about 1-4 weeks after accepting the commission and receiving the payment.
Depending on the work type, completion time varies depending on the type, content, and complexity of the request.
Deadlines are not guaranteed and may change due to health, workload, or personal reasons.
However, rush work will require an additional fee.USE
Personal use only (such as social media profile pictures or headers) is allowed.
When using my artwork, please credit me via @aimu_81 (VGen or X).
If you want to use the artwork for other commercial purposes, let me know and we can discuss the additional fees!INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
All artwork belongs to me (aimu).
You may not:
✧ Use the artwork for AI training
✧ Use the artwork for NFTs or blockchain activities
✧ Claim the artwork as your own
✧ Sell, redistribute, or profit from the artwork unless monetised or commercial rights are purchased
I may post the artwork publicly with a watermark unless you request privacy before payment (a privacy fee may apply).REFUNDS
No refunds once I accept or start the commission.
Refunds are only given if I cancel the commission.COMMUNICATION
Please communicate politely and respectfully.
Do not rush or pressure me for updates.
I provide a work queue sheet so you can track your commission status and position in the queue.
If the client does not respond for 7 days after an update, I will continue the work using my own creativity until it is finished.
